News: Fattah-2 is a hypersonic missile unveiled by Iran.

About:
• The name “Fattah” means “conqueror” in Farsi. This missile is an upgraded version of the Fattah missile that Iran unveiled in June.
• The Fattah-2 is equipped with a hypersonic glide vehicle (HGV) warhead that can maneuver and glide at hypersonic speed. Unlike a ballistic warhead that travels in a more predictable arc, an HGV offers significantly greater mobility as it glides to its target after the initial launch. This makes the missile harder to track and intercept.
• The Fattah-2 uses a liquid-fuel rocket propellant. With the help of this engine, Fattah-2 can travel complex and unpredictable routes in the atmosphere. The liquid fuel engine has the ability to adjust the thrust force, which helps to optimize the flight path and achieve greater range and better control over the flight speed.
