Citizenship (Amendment) Rules, 2026: Tightening Norms for Minors and OCI

• Restriction on Dual Passports for Minors: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has explicitly codified that minor children holding Indian passports cannot simultaneously possess passports of any other country.
