India, Vietnam Agree to Deepen Defence Ties, Co-Produce Military Equipment

• Co-Production of Military Hardware: India and Vietnam agreed to deepen bilateral defence and security cooperation, focusing on the co-production of Indian defence equipment to tackle growing security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.

 • 19th Joint Commission Meeting: Co-chaired by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Vietnam\'s Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung in New Delhi, covering trade, defence, economic, scientific, and technological cooperation.
