Olive Ridley Turtles
News: Two Olive Ridley turtles, Bageshri and Guha, fitted with satellite transmitters, have been tracked by researchers as they navigate the seas in search of food after laying eggs in Maharashtra.
About:
• Olive ridley turtles are one of the smallest sea turtle species. They are named for the olive green colour of their heart-shaped shells. They are found primarily in the tropical regions of the Pacific, Indian, and Atlantic oceans.

• IUCN Red List: Vulnerable
