 • UNICORN (Unified Complex Radio Antenna): An advanced integrated shipborne mast system (NORA-50) that consolidates multiple communication antennas into a composite stealth structure to reduce radar cross-section. 

• Reciprocal Logistics & Repair Facilities: Bilateral arrangements allowing naval vessels to utilize each other’s ports, dockyards, and maintenance facilities for replenishment, repair, and operational support. 

• Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA): The effective understanding of anything associated with the global maritime domain that could impact security, safety, economy, or the environment.

• UNCLOS (UN Convention on the Law of the Sea), 1982: Legal regime guaranteeing freedom of navigation, overflight, and peaceful maritime transit in international waters and exclusive economic zones.
