What is CPGRAMs?
• Centralized Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAM) is an online web-enabled system developed by the National Informatics Centre (Ministry of Electronics & IT), in association with the Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) (under Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions)
• It helps in receiving, redressing and monitoring of grievance of the public in an efficient way.
